Respect
Sunday, January 1, 2012 Respect is treating others as we would like to be treated. This treatment of respect is usually reserved for our mother or father. The way we treat our brother/sister or very close friend reveals who we are deep within. We treat aunts and uncles nicely because we are blood related. In other words, we guard, protect and treat gently our family because they are a blood relative.
Successful people in their routine of running a business and around their family compliment others regularly. Honoring them is a way of showing respect. We so enjoy others encouraging us or giving us due credit for projects completed. We ought to reach out to others and express our respect and gratitude. The behavior we express will be returned to us.
There is a saying. “Show honor and all will go well with you.”
