    Labels

Many people in authority make mistakes in judging others. Lucille Ball was sincerely informed that she had no acting talent. My high school English teacher informed me I would never be an author. I now have seven books published. How often do we label coworkers and acquaintances negatively: lazy, a grumbler, unmotivated, or talentless?

God has a positive plan for each person. We can display Christ-like qualities, and possess wisdom. Many live up to their own self-esteem and picture they have of themselves. Each of us and our parent has potential.

So as a leader, let us internally think and verbally label others positively. We can visualize others optimistically with a productive attitude, a congenial personality, as a record breaking person and packed with creative ideas.

What is our label-maker set on—negative or positive?
