    Courage

Sue Halpern says “Courage is crucial because it demonstrates selflessness and is necessary for social cohesion.” A challenge must be positively presented to be accepted. This initiates the ‘can do’ spirit within each of us. Sometimes the challenge may engender courage in our friends/coworkers.

Many often copy the ingenuity of their leader. Courage to change finally oozes out to friends. When leaders are enthusiastic about reaching goals, teamwork is easier to obtain. When tough times come, we pull together to be rewarded or at the least being complimented or at the most praised.

Remember “Courage is crucial because it demonstrates selflessness and is necessary for social cohesion.”
