    Reverence

Some say we are not to talk about religion or politics at work. Sure, there are those who are devout and radical supporters of their belief. There are positive aspects of the religious and those who follow the saying of the Bible:

    • They are honest.
    • They don’t cheat.
    • They don’t lie about others.
    • They are pleasant and polite.
    • They are amendable to others’ religion convictions.
    • They give a good day’s work.
    • They are often cheerful.
    • They show concern for others.

Those who do not revere God:

    • Rob from the company.
    • Create strife among employees.
    • Are egocentric instead of company-minded.

As CEO or manager, it is to our advantage to model a reverent person. We don’t have to broadcast our denomination or religion, but our positive lifestyle should be easily read by all. Life is less stressful knowing God is guiding our life.
