    Cleanliness

When cleanliness is mentioned, we immediately think of our hands, or maybe our bodies. Outstanding leaders have both of these.

Next, we might reason that we should have a clean appearance. Scruffy beard or bed-head hair does not lend itself to advancement. Mother taught us to wear clean clothes to school, church, or gatherings. Our neat apparel demonstrates to others our upbringing. A neat and appropriate outfit displays what we think of ourselves. Immediately, strangers have an idea of who we are.

Leaders use clean language. Curse words, slang words and street lingo automatically speak volumes of the people we associate with. Suggestive language betrays the level of our thoughts. What we continuously think will come out our mouth. What caliber of person are we? Our clean language will prove what we think and who we really are. Our language will gain us friends. If our language is coarse, we will attract that level of person. Using clean language shows people our high moral character.

Our life is transparent. As soon as they see our clean appearance and listen how we convey our ideas, they will consider us a friend or one to steer clear of.
