    Be Decisive

Some people study and think over a problem, but seldom come to a decision. It could be as simple as what they want for dinner tonight, or what set of clothes to wear for the day.

Generals and admirals many times must make split second decisions that may imperil the lives of those under their command. Failure to make that decision may cost even more casualties, so not deciding is not an option.

A leader of a group or owner of a business must make informed decisions or determine by instinct which way to go. Not deciding may cost much capitol or start the business on it decline to closure.

Most often we must make decisions quickly or the option to buy the property or the opportunity to make great profits will be gone. We must begin today to make decisions and take responsibility for them. If we decided wrongly, learn from that mistake. We will be wiser the next challenging opportunity.

We may not be an army general, but we can practice making decisions quickly and not worrying about our actions. It is helpful to make a mental scan of alternatives that could be used.
