    New Ideas

All growing businesses need a steady stream of new ideas. Stagnant thinking yields fixed profits. As we go along, be open to and actively seeking new ideas.

At one time, gather all the notes on 3 X 5’s, post ’em notes, backs of envelopes.

Next prioritize the favorable notes. The most prominent ones should be initiated. As it goes into effect tweet it to the best advantage.

After an appropriate time of trial, evaluate the effectiveness. Forever ditch the old or return to the way that works the best. One may have to go back to the prioritized list and initiate idea number two.

If these don’t work out, start collecting another pile of notes and ideas as they come into our mind. It is guaranteed to improve the organization for the better, the best for the efficient idea has not been dreamed of yet.

Don’t be afraid of ideas, they are your best friend on the road to success.
