    Cheerfulness

How vividly do you recall the last business or committee meeting where a couple of members were standing and shouting at one another? The antidote to such a meeting is to have a moderator or chairperson with a cheerful attitude. Pleasant and light-hearted attitude brightens everyone’s feeling.

Carrying a cheerful manner makes us feel better. A critical and negative attitude tightens us our stomach muscles and stalls any digestion being carried on by our body. Cheerfulness may cause us to be different and talked about, but this attitude keeps us healthy.

Cheerfulness and disputing cannot co-exist. Neither can a negative attitude and a pleasant cheerful outlook live together. If we keep a bright outlook, we will live above the one who is critical.

Positive and cheerful go together as a scoop of ice cream and a cone or a diamond ring and marriage. People enjoy being around a cheerful person as does employees appreciate being around a boss with a positive attitude. Janet Lance says, “Of all the things you wear, your expression is the most important.”
