    Health

Our well-being is essential to a good life and ultimately success. We immediately think of our physical health. The first thing is to get six to eight hours sleep each night. Our body must have time to refresh and replenish the cells.

The next most important is the diet our body has to work with. Junk food is a poor substitute for healthy vegetables, meat, and fruit.

Another area of health is our mood. A depressed mood definitely affects the digestive system. The process of absorption of vitamins slows down.

Over commitment causes the body to hunker over. The shoulders fall forward restricting lungs capacity to exchange air.

Another area is our mental health. We may have troubles and crises that plague us but we still retain control of what we think. Each day does not demand or force us to think negative. The fact is no one can prevent you from choosing to be an exceptional worker.

In conclusion, we can take the advice of Joshua Wooden, the father of coach John Wooden. “Make each day YOUR masterpiece.”
