    Advances to a Goal

First, we need to definitely decide where we are going. Establish the goal we really want to reach. How can we hit a goal or target if we don’t have one?

It is advantageous to make our goal detailed and specific. Set a goal that is beyond our reach. That is a God-sized goal. Then set some short goals that can be reached in a month of progress. Next, set some intermediate levels half way to our goal. These steps may take a year or two. These short term, intermediate goals and final dream help us stay on track. We can change these in-between levels or redefine our vision at any time.

No one has an advantage over you. God has created us for success. All of us have sixty seconds in a minute and sixty minutes in every hour and twenty four hours in each day. What matters is how we utilize the minutes.

Let’s not permit anyone to detour us or stop us. Eighty percent or more of the naysayers and negative people don’t care about our success. Another deterrent is fear we’ll fail. Throw that idea out of our thinking.

If we stay determined and keep persevering, success is inevitable, no matter what might happen to us. If we keep plugging, the odds are in our favor to reach our goal.
