    New Growth

New growth in a company originates from new ideas. Seek and we will find a way to work more efficiently, a way to save time, or a unique change for the better. The new idea usually comes to an open mind, not one set on how we have always done it.

After the idea comes, we need to let it percolate in the unconscious part of our mind. The next time we concentrate on the various fresh aspects we will come along new ways. Some are good thoughts and some may be negative to the new idea. Now we need to apply a positive attitude to it. Like an onion, peel back layers until the embryo of the idea is found.

Now bravely grab the opportunity and place it into a workable plan. This will take courage. This new idea has never been proven to work. We are taking a calculated risk. Successful people do this on a regular basis, so join other entrepreneurs.

Everybody likes to get on the bandwagon that is moving toward profit and success. It must be moving to entice other to help you, so we need to take the new idea and schedule it for a trial spin. That means others will think about taking a chance on our idea. That will give us encouragement and maybe help financially.

So to grow a business, we need to be open to new ways and the courage to implement the idea or plan.
