    Motivation

Motivation moves forward in midst of fear. When we keep the future in sight, our motivation or desire to reach the goal stays fresh. Our desire to move forward reduces the devastating effect of negative circumstances by fifty percent.Another way to keep our desire active is to reward ourselves when we move a small step toward our goal. The reward could be as small as a hot delicious donut or as large as taking a three day vacation with our family.

A negative approach keeps fear of punishment in forefront of our mind. Another close relative of the negative is the fear of what others might think, if we were to fail.

No one on earth was born to be a failure. All of us have within us the potential to be a success. If we concentrate on what we don’t have, we will fail to take advantages of opportunities to succeed.

It becomes essential that we make a personal decision to stay motivated. This way we can stay on track to reaching our potential. It will be worth it all to experience the personal satisfaction of reaching our dream. Keep the faith! We can do it!
