    Personable Leader

The widely held perception of a really successful leader is that they are impersonal and aloof. The facts reveal that it takes a large group of supporters and followers for them to reach wealth and fame. If they fail to acknowledge the help they received, they are headed back down to poverty.

Truly successful people admit to losses and hurts in their past. Every decision one makes cannot be consistently the best one. These decisions may be wrong or costly. There is usually a more advantageous way to handle some crisis.

Real leaders grieve when they have hurt someone emotionally or financially. Restitution doesn’t always come easily but truly successful people feel for and extend their sorrow or/an apology. This character trait is a sign of greatness whether we are wealthy or poor.

Achieving success entails many struggles and much perseverance. Success without cost, without giving and without suffering is worth nothing. If the journey is effortless, the goal with be hollow and empty similar to a bestowed doctorate degree from the university.

So starting today we will acknowledge our losses and hurts and will extend our heartfelt sympathy to those suffering on their way to success.
