Guaranteed

No matter how bitter the winter has been, spring is guaranteed to arrive. The snow may have accumulated to extremely huge amounts, maybe over a foot. The local tributaries may have overflowed to the height of a grade school child. Was cabin fever experienced during this past severe winter? Look out the window; spring has arrived!

Before and during any catastrophic event that crashes into our lives, God guarantees to be there. When we are in need, God is always present. A prime example happened to us. One day driving down the expressway, we glanced to the side for just a moment. When we looked up there was a string of red tail lights of cars fully stopped. We immediately stomped on the brakes. The car ahead kept approaching at a frighten speed. By now we were almost standing on the brake pedal. Still rolling about thirty miles per hour we were certain to crash. All of a sudden, instead of a crunching sound the car silently stopped completely. After surveying the situation, there was a space between our car and the car ahead. The space was about the width of an angel’s body.

God is also present when we need comfort during illness or death in our family. God provides a sincere peace signifying the presence of the Almighty. Let’s walk into today with no stress or worries but relaxing in the fact that God guarantees to go with us.
