    Call to Action - November 19, 2012

Call to Action is a regular weekly To-Do List that enumerates critical things that you need to do right now to preserve our constitutional rights, protect freedom, and ensure your personal safety.

Reader feedback is welcomed. If you have taken any of these steps, please use the comments function to report on the results. If you are aware of a critical issue that should be included on this list, we would like to hear from you.

    This week:

    • Lock and Load.
    • Succession?

    Lock and Load

Now that the election is over, Obama and his minions are bound to launch a hard core attack on the Second Amendment—not just a ban, but outright gun confiscation. Senator Dianne Feinstein is reported to be drafting the first wave of legislation. Then there is the impending UN Small Arms Treaty, opening the possibility of a back door avenue to ban and confiscate firearms.

Now is the time to stock up on guns and ammo. Sales are surging along with the price of gun manufacturer’s stock. There are expectations of martial law (justified by planned civil disorder, of course). What is your survival plan?

    Actions Required:

    • If you plan on buying a gun or adding to your collection, do it now.
    • Have a plan for what you will do if confiscation starts—and it will eventually. There is no time to improvise when the feds are at your door like they did during Katrina.

To secede or not to secede, that is the question. Most states now have online petitions for secession. At this point, it is strictly a symbolic show of discontent; nobody seriously can expect a state to secede or to be peacefully granted its independence. The Constitution does not even provide a framework for the process.

    Actions Required:

    • Go ahead and sign your state’s petition. There is supposed to be an official comment on each petition that exceeds 25,000 signatures. We want to see that response.
    • Check our talk radio show at  on November 30 for a discussion of possible constitutional amendments.
